Education in Serbia
Serbia has a long history of high education, which goes back to the very beginning of 19th century, when the Belgrade University was established in 1808.
What to Study ?
There are many public and private universities/colleges which are all accredited by the Ministry of Education and are in accordance with Bologna Declaration.
Studying in Serbia
Studying in Serbia can be in Serbian and in English language. Some Faculties have courses in both languages and some in Serbian language only.
Accommodation
Most students choose to rent private studios or 1-2 bedroom apartments that they share with the roommates. Prices vary, starting from 300-400 euros for a studio.
Enrollment
Enrollment is competition based, for the certain number of places for foreign students and it depends on the rank achieved on the list of applicants.
